Not every workspace needs a cleaning company with a rota and a minibus. A small office, a salon, a treatment room, a holiday let — spaces like these need one reliable person who turns up when agreed, cleans to the same standard every time, and can be trusted with the keys.
That's the arrangement I offer: I'm one person, so I take on the spaces one person can genuinely keep right — and say no to the ones I can't.
Offices and studios

How big a space can you take on?
Honestly: the size one person can clean well in a visit — think a small office floor, a salon, a two- or three-bedroom holiday let. If your space needs a team, I'll say so rather than do it badly.
Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes — early mornings and evenings are usually the best slots for workspaces, and changeover days for lets. We'll agree access arrangements that suit you.
Can you invoice us?
Yes — a simple monthly invoice for regular commercial cleans.
